The regional conference ’Ten Years After the Maputo Declaration on Agriculture and Food Security : An Assessment of Progress in West Africa’ is an initiative of ROPPA (Network of Farmers’ and Agricultural Producers’ Organisations of West Africa). It is taking place from 11-14 September in Monrovia, Liberia. The topic looks at how the agreement a decade ago has improved agricultural and food security development at a regional and national level.
