African Union : Only 20 countries on track to growth in the agriculture sector

15 years since the heads of state in Africa appended their signatures to implement the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP) and three years since the Malabo Declaration on Agriculture transformation, a paltry 20 countries have so far managed to get on track to getting the requisite growth in the agriculture sector.
