The overall objective of the workshop is to present and discuss procedures for the operation of the RRSA. Specific objectives are to: i) present the results of the capitalization of the feasibility study and other studies on the RRSA; 2) analyze in detail the procedures of the RRSA (constitution, maintenance, mobilization, reconstitution, etc.) concerning physical and financial stocks; And (3) to collect comments, suggestions and comments from participants in order to take them into account in the development of the final version of the manual.
